Hi, I'm Jean Chua, a Bay Area real estate agent and the founder of JC Collective, and your go-to partner for luxury homes, probate sales, and everything in between. I've been doing this for over 10 years, and I show up every single day like it's the first.

I'm probate certified and work closely with attorneys to make sure every step of that process is handled with care and clarity. My market is the East Bay: Union City, Fremont, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville, and I know it deeply. I've built a database of over 8,000 relationships across this community, and those relationships are everything.
I'm also a single mom, which means I understand hustle. I work hard because I love what I do, and because the people I serve deserve nothing less. My son Julian recently joined the team, and watching him connect with clients the way I always have reminded me exactly why I started this.
Outside of real estate, you'll find me at church, leading a women's Bible study group or making announcements for a congregation of 2,500, and staying close to the community that has always kept me grounded.
